LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the EAST Arts and Lifestyle Bazaar ("Event") organized by Forever Ronghua Foundation ("Organizer"), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury from walking, standing, or participating in interactive workshops
• Exposure to food allergens, hot beverages, or craft materials
• Contact with large crowds and outdoor environmental conditions
• Property damage or loss

2. Release of Liability

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the Event. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Forever Ronghua Foundation, Arcadia Woman's Club, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by me during or as a result of my participation in the Event.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my presence at the Event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment

I authorize the Organizer to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary, and I agree to be responsible for all associated costs.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE

5. Media Consent

I grant Forever Ronghua Foundation the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me taken during the Event for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Promotional materials, social media, and website content
• News articles, press releases, and media coverage
• Archival and historical documentation
• Future event marketing and advertising

I understand that these materials may be used without compensation to me, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. I release the Organizer from any liability arising from the use of such materials.

6. Ticket Terms

I understand that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets are transferable to another individual. I agree to follow all Event rules and instructions from staff and volunteers.
